I saw it on TV and bought it, but I haven't used it for a year. It has two stages, and the red light emits magnetic waves that stimulate the skin with electric current to achieve a lift. When using the red light, magnetic waves are emitted and vibrate the skin, so if you don't like that, you can use just the blue light. The product has received very good reviews, and it has certainly helped to reduce facial swelling and shape the lines of my cheeks.
